BECOMING A GROUP IS EASY…FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE GUIDELINES
The following group purchase guidelines are general. Discounts, group minimum and performance offerings may vary. Please check with WestCoast Entertainment group sales coordinators regarding discounts and guidelines for the performance you are attending.
GROUP MINIMUM
For most productions, WestCoast Entertainment provides purchase options for groups as small as 10 people!
SEAT LOCATIONS
Seat location is determined upon final payment (the sooner you final payment is received, the better your seats will be!)
All group seats do not have to be purchased in the same price category, but they do have to be within the same performance.
DEPOSITS
A 20% deposit may be provided to guarantee seat quantity for most productions (seat location is determined upon final payment). Final payment must be received on or before the date specified at the time of order.
Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to additional production purchases.
Not all productions allow for deposits prior to full payment purchase.
ADDITIONAL SEATS
After your order is complete, additional seats may be requested in minimum orders of 6. Additional seats will be processed on a best available basis. Efforts will be made to seat them as close to your original group order as possible.
LOST TICKETS
We will happily provide you with a ticket replacement for lost tickets. A ticket tracker will be provided with your tickets. As group leader, it is your responsibility to know the exact seat location of each of your members. This will allow us to replace tickets should they become lost or otherwise destroyed.
REFUNDS
No refunds, exchanges, cancellations or reductions of tickets ordered will be provided.
