All applications for SHOWKIDZ are kept on file for a minimum of 3 years. The number of tickets provided for each production is dependant on the amount of funding available. Groups receiving SHOWKIDZtickets will be contacted via phone approximately 2 weeks prior to the performance date.

GUIDELINES for SHOWKIDZ® participation
1. Application will be kept on file for 3 Broadway seasons following receipt.
2. Performance dates and times will be assigned by WestCoast Entertainment.
3. All children selected to attend a performance must be accompanied by an adult.
